Big Option Play of the Day - AAL
The largest premium I've seen in an airline play when someone spent $10.2 million on 16,611 of the 8/17/18 55 Calls for $6.15 with stock at $56.43. Airlines are breaking out and no doubt this investor felt confident when DAL gained 4.76% today on their earnings. This play might cover two earnings reports if AAL doesn't respond well to the first in two weeks. If it can emulate DAL 5% move on earnings day, it will almost already be at the break even of $61.15
Yesterday's spotlight - TGT
Target 4.62% gain catapulted the 3/16 75 Calls 75%! Close today of $74 puts it at the 75 resistance. It's above the upper Bollinger Band on the daily so a pause or a small pull back wouldn't be out of the question. I still think it has a good chance of hitting $80 prior to its 3/6 earnings.

Let's see how Big Options Plays of the Day for week of Jan 2-5 fared a week later.
Jan 2 - XLP 3/16 57 Puts $1.28. Currently $1.14. -10.94%
Jan 3 - FCAU 6/15 22 Calls $.70. Currently $3.27. +367.14%
Jan 4 - MANH 2/16 55 Calls $.60. Currently$2.17. +261.67%
If my math is correct, profits based on $1000 per play was $6178.72.

@15minofPham Well done! As you noted that was just last week and not any of the previous that were posted. Such as LOW, WMT, TGT, just to name a few. Also it seems like any losers in the short term don't lose a substantial amount. Keep up the good work as your assistance is greatly appreciated.

@10:58:40am there is a spread trade for "T" in the amount of 3.1mil. Why am I not able to see the other trade if its condition is a spread? I also only see one side on ThinkOrSwim also. Looks like "T" is becoming a bearish trade.
