I'm looking for 60mins chart in uptrend, with some requirements on price, beta and atr. Can somebody help me please?
chart-length is 60
Price is above $15
and Price is below $80
Volume is above 1000000
Beta is above 1.5
and Beta is below 2.5
0.15 ATR is above 1
and 0.15 ATR is below 8% of price
0.15 moving average (20) 5 days ago is above 0.15 moving average (50)
and 0.15 moving average (50) 5 days ago is above 0.15 moving average (200)
and add column Average True Range(14)
and add column cma(high,200)

i've downloaded the userguide. However, im not able to find any syntax for timeframe of 60 or 15 minutes. Anyway i can do that?

"StockFetcher is a technical screening tool designed specifically for screening and analysis based on daily data."
Daily data is not real-time data.
Time frame of 60 or 15 minutes = Nope. Your time frames will not work with StockFetcher.
You will need to use a different service. Perhaps your broker has what you are looking for in the need for real-time and "minute" data.
