Can one or more of you sharp individuals tell me how to do a search using the PPO where the black line crosses the 1 or -1 threshold? I am trying to use this indicator as a means of finding a stock shading towards a high or a low so that I can catch a reversal. If there is a better way, please let me know that, too! What setting of PPO are you using? Are these the one you are using?

Not quite what you asked for, but you could look at the PPO moving away from a 10 day low (or whatever fits your style).
and just the opposite to find it reversing at the high:
